1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services offered by The Mercury Party House ("we", "our", or "us"), located at No. 6/1-1, 2nd Main Road, Rabindranath Tagore Nagar Main Rd, Ganganagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560032.

By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, or making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

2. Booking Policy

All bookings at The Mercury Party House are subject to availability and the following terms:

• A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment as specified in your package agreement.
• An advance payment of 30% of the total package value is required to secure your preferred date and slot.
• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the event date.
• Full payment is required for bookings made within 7 days of the event date.
• A written confirmation (via email or WhatsApp) will be issued once the advance is received.
• Bookings are non-transferable to another date without prior written consent from our management.
• We reserve the right to cancel a booking if payment timelines are not met, with prior notice.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

30 or more days before the event	50% of advance refunded
15 – 29 days before the event	25% of advance refunded
7 – 14 days before the event	No refund (advance forfeited)
Less than 7 days before the event	No refund; full amount due

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp to our official contact.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 10–15 business days.
• In the event of cancellation due to unavoidable circumstances on our part, a full refund will be provided.
• The Mercury Party House is not liable for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), including natural disasters, government restrictions, or public health emergencies.

4. User Responsibilities

As a customer or visitor, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when making a booking or enquiry.
• Ensure that the number of guests does not exceed the agreed capacity specified in your package.
• Comply with all venue rules, including noise regulations, safety guidelines, and local laws.
• Take responsibility for the behaviour of your guests during the event.
• Report any damage to venue property promptly; the cost of damage will be charged to the booking party.
• Not use our venue for any unlawful, immoral, or offensive purposes.
• Ensure timely setup and departure within the booked time slot; overtime charges will apply.

5. Liability Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Mercury Party House shall not be liable for any loss, damage, theft, or injury to persons or property occurring on our premises, unless directly caused by our gross negligence.
• We are not responsible for the quality or conduct of any third-party vendors hired independently by the client.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our website and are not liable for any damages arising from website downtime or technical issues.
• Our total liability in any event shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the booked service.

6. Website Usage Rules

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or systems.
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from this website without written permission.
• Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or malicious content.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data from our website.
• Impersonate The Mercury Party House or any of its staff or representatives.

We reserve the right to restrict access to our website to any user who violates these rules.
